We run ads local parents stop for
Meta ads and a trial-booking page built around your programs, ages and schedule. Interested parents fill in a short form and tick a box to get a call.
We run your Meta ads, and our AI receptionist calls every new inquiry within 60 seconds and books the family straight onto your calendar. You get scheduled trial walk-ins, not a list of leads to chase.

Parents reach out when they think of it, which is usually when you're in the water or on deck. Most won't leave a voicemail. They just try the next school on Google.
Call a new lead within 5 minutes instead of 30, and your odds of actually reaching them are up to 100 times higher.Source: Lead Response Management Study, Dr. James Oldroyd (MIT) with InsideSales.com
More leads won't fix this. What happens in the first 60 seconds will.

You keep teaching. We handle everything between "that looks good" and a family walking in for their trial.

No "leads delivered" games. We count one thing: families booked into a real, dated trial slot on your calendar. If we come up short, you don't pay us another fee until all 15 are booked.
A "booked trial" means a family booked into a specific, dated trial slot on your school's calendar. While we work for free, your ad spend keeps running with Meta as normal.

Here's what one month of booked trials is worth, using conservative numbers.
Example: two enrollments × $1,800 = $3,600 in year-one revenue.Every family after that is growth for your school.
How we got these numbers: one enrolled child is worth about $1,800 in year-one revenue ($150 a month × 12 months; US lessons typically run $120 to $180 a month). The average swimmer stays around 20 months, so counting only 12 is conservative. Show-up and enrollment rates are illustrative, not a promise. On your call we'll run the math with your real prices.

I'm Mark. I've spent the last three years in high-ticket sales, and I was a Partnership Director at a leading AI voice agent company. I know what this technology can do on a real phone call, and where it falls short.
If sales has taught me one thing, it's that the business that gets back to people first usually wins. Swim schools are the clearest example I've seen. Parents reach out while you're teaching, and by the time anyone calls back, they've booked somewhere else.
Altamount Partners exists to fix that: ads that bring local parents in, and an AI receptionist that calls every inquiry within a minute and books them in. We ask to be judged on one number, families booked onto your calendar.

Every new school gets a hands-on launch with me, so we cap how many we take on each month. When this month's spots are filled, the next opening is next month.
Altamount Partners is an independent company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mark's employer or any AI voice agent provider.

We'd rather tell you no on the call than take your money and miss. Here's who this works for.
Pricing is covered on your strategy call. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta: minimum $1,000 a month.

Yes, when it's set up properly, and that's how we set it up. We only call parents who filled in your trial form and ticked a box agreeing to be contacted by phone and text, including by an automated or AI assistant. The assistant introduces itself as your school's AI assistant, calls only during permitted calling hours, and stops contacting anyone who asks.
Inquiries that come in late at night get an instant text and a call once calling hours open. We're not lawyers, so if you'd like your attorney to review the consent wording, we'll send it over.
Yes. It says so up front, and we don't pretend it's a person. What parents care about is that someone got back to them in under a minute, answered their questions and found a time that works. If a parent would rather speak to a person, the assistant flags them for your front desk to call back.
Yes. We book families into your real open trial slots, working alongside iClassPro, Jackrabbit and the other systems swim schools use, so nothing gets double-booked. The exact setup depends on how your account is configured, and we'll confirm it on the strategy call before you commit.
Then it's not the right time, and we'll tell you so. The guarantee needs at least 10 open trial seats a week, because we can't book families into classes that don't exist. If you're full, that's a good problem. Talk to us when you add a new session, class time or location.
A 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Three months gives the ads time to learn and covers the seasonal swings swim schools see. After that, you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
None. We write, design, launch and manage the ads. You approve them within 48 hours and pay Meta directly for the ad spend, so the ad account and its data stay yours.
A family booked into a specific, dated trial slot on your calendar. Not a form fill, not a "maybe," and not a name on a spreadsheet.
We cover pricing on your strategy call, once we know your school, your schedule and your goals. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Meta: at least $1,000 a month.
