Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of altamount.partners and summarize the commercial terms of the services offered by Prime Altamount Marketing Services LLC, doing business as Altamount Partners ("Altamount Partners," "we," "us"). If you become a client, your signed service agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
1. Services
We provide marketing and booking services for independent swim schools, which may include Meta ad creative and campaign management, landing pages and booking funnels, an AI voice receptionist that calls new inquiries and books trial lessons, text and email confirmations and reminders, no-show follow-up, and weekly reporting.
2. Fees and ad spend
- Our fee is $2,000 per month, paid upfront at the start of each monthly period.
- Advertising spend is separate. It is paid by the client directly to Meta and is not part of our fee. The minimum ad spend is $1,000 per month.
- The initial term is three months. After that, service continues month-to-month until cancelled under the service agreement.
3. The 15-booked-trial guarantee
If we do not deliver 15 booked trials in a client's monthly period, we continue working without charging another monthly fee until the client has received 15 booked trials for that period. Ad spend continues to be paid by the client to Meta during this time.
A "booked trial" means a family booked into a specific, dated trial slot on the client's calendar. The guarantee applies only while the client:
- maintains ad spend of at least $1,000 per month;
- makes at least 10 open trial seats available per week;
- has its front desk reply to families within 1 business day; and
- approves ads, scripts and other materials within 48 hours of our request.
The guarantee is the only performance guarantee we offer. We do not guarantee attendance, enrollments, revenue or any other result. Figures on our website are illustrative.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about programs, pricing and availability; keep their calendar or booking system up to date; give us the access we need to book trials; and follow up with families we book.
5. Calling and messaging compliance
We contact parents only after they give consent on the client's form to receive calls and texts, including with automated technology and artificial or AI voice. Our AI assistant identifies itself as the school's AI assistant, calls only within permitted calling hours, and honors opt-out requests. Clients agree not to provide us with contact lists that lack proper consent.
6. Ownership
Clients own their ad accounts, customer data and brand assets. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our templates, scripts, systems and know-how, and grant the client a license to use the materials we create for it during the engagement.
7. Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, scrape or misuse the site. Third-party names and trademarks, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, iClassPro and Jackrabbit, belong to their owners. This site is not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites or Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Prime Altamount Marketing Services LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
