This policy explains how Prime Altamount Marketing Services LLC, doing business as Altamount Partners ("Altamount Partners," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit altamount.partners, contact us, or interact with the marketing and booking systems we run for our partner swim schools.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, swim school name, email address, phone number, city and state, and answers about your business (such as open trial seats and ad budget) when you fill in a form or book a call.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel if enabled.
• Information we handle for partner schools: when parents inquire through ads and booking pages we run for a swim school, we collect the details they submit (for example, parent name, phone, email, child's first name and age) on that school's behalf.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, book and hold strategy calls, and provide our services.
• To contact you by phone, text message and email, including with automated technology and artificial or AI voice, where you have given consent.
• For partner schools: to call, text and email parents who consented, book trial lessons, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on missed trials, and report results to the school.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

Text messaging

If you consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

• With partner swim schools: parent inquiry and booking details are shared with the school the parent contacted.
• With service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, scheduling, CRM, telephony, AI voice, messaging, email and analytics providers, under obligations to protect the data.
• With advertising platforms such as Meta, to run and measure ads, as permitted by law and your settings.
• For legal reasons, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

Partner schools and parent data

When we run marketing and booking for a swim school, we process parent and child information on that school's behalf and under its instructions. Parents who want to access, correct or delete their information can contact the school directly or email us and we will help.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and ask us to stop calling you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

This website is intended for swim school owners and is not directed to children under 13. When we handle a child's details for a partner school (such as a first name and age for a trial booking), that information is provided by the parent or guardian.
